Richard has served as Chief Development Officer for several prominent consultancies focused on driving digital innovation and delivering full spectrum technology solutions to dozens of the most recognized brands in global industry and across the Gulf Region.
A dynamic, high energy growth leader and entrepreneur, Richard was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bluetext, a bespoked digital consultancy serving the needs of clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to the portfolio brands of several of the largest Private Equity, Investment Banking and VC firms including Bain & Company, Goldman Sachs, GTCR, Kleiner Perkins, Thoma Bravo and Veritas Capital. He is currently an active Venture Partner in Okeanos Venture Capital.

Alexander has served as the Chief Business Development Officer for Vertico Farms - a successful Vertical Farming company based in Toronto with products now featured in 3 Michelin Star restaurants and 10 Michelin Guide restaurants across Toronto. Alexander has experience in many other business sectors in Canada and the Middle East.
